Podcast Host, Co-Founder, Sickboy

Jeremie Saunders is a podcaster, actor and yoga teacher from Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the co-founder and co-host of Sickboy, a podcast that talks candidly and comically with people about their illnesses. He was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis as an infant and was told he was unlikely to reach adulthood.
The show, which he hosts with two lifelong friends, grew from that experience and from a conviction that the discomfort around illness isolates sick people more than the illness itself. He speaks widely about mortality, humor and living fully with a terminal diagnosis, and has also hosted the podcast Sickboy's Guide to Dying.
