Sarita Gupta

Sarita Gupta is a vice president at the Ford Foundation, where she oversees its US programs, and a longtime organizer in the movement for care workers and family caregivers. She co-founded and co-directed Caring Across Generations and led Jobs With Justice.

She is the co-author of The Future We Need: Organizing for a Better Democracy in the Twenty-First Century, and her work connects paid care work, family caregiving and the economics of an aging society.
