Rabbi Steve Leder

Steve Leder is the senior rabbi of Wilshire Boulevard Temple in Los Angeles and the author of several bestselling books on loss and meaning, including More Beautiful Than Before: How Suffering Transforms Us, The Beauty of What Remains: How Our Greatest Fear Becomes Our Greatest Gift, and For You When I Am Gone.

He has officiated at more than a thousand funerals, and his writing draws on that experience alongside the death of his own father. Newsweek has named him one of the most influential rabbis in America, and he speaks widely on grief, legacy and what people actually leave behind.
