Andrew Dreyfus

Andrew Dreyfus led Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as president and chief executive from 2010 until 2023, where he was known for the Alternative Quality Contract, one of the earliest large-scale value-based payment models in the country, and for making serious illness care and health equity explicit corporate priorities.

He previously led the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation and worked on the state health reform that preceded the Affordable Care Act.
