Christopher Kerr, MD, PhD

Christopher Kerr is a hospice physician and the chief executive and chief medical officer of Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo. His clinical research documents the vivid and often comforting dreams and visions many people have as they approach death, a body of work built on interviews with more than fourteen hundred patients.

He is the author of Death Is But a Dream: Finding Hope and Meaning at Life's End, and the subject of the documentary of the same name. His TEDx talk on end-of-life dreams has been viewed millions of times.
