The Time Is Now

Aditi Mallick, MD

It never seems to be the right time to talk about death and dying, but with 10,000 baby boomers turning 65 every day and more and more people of all ages living with life-limiting conditions, it’s a topic we can no longer afford to avoid. As a physician and palliative care advocate, Aditi Mallick has observed the end of life experience from cultural, clinical and systems perspectives and offers a framework for moving the discussion of mortality into the mainstream.
